Although save the dates are fairly important, they aren't as important as the the actual invitations for the event. Thus, if you need to cut any costs in your wedding budget, here is the place to do it! There are many of cheap but also cute ways to do your save the dates. Vista Print is a great place to find deals on printing materials, so this was the first place I looked. Everybody had been doing magnets lately, so I decided on doing postcards instead. Vista Print even had a promotion on post cards during the time I ordered them. I had a creative friend design the layout for the postcard, otherwise you can chose from their available designs. I added some more event details on the back of the post card, and then I was done! I ended up spending less than $50, and I even got return labels.

Stamps can get pretty expensive, so to save even more money you could do a web invite or hand out the save the dates in person!
