Save the Flower Bouquets

After the wedding party arrives to the wedding reception, the bridesmaids toss their flower bouquets on the head table and get ready for an exciting evening. All of that money spent on beautiful flowers has just been wasted, but you know that won't happen at your wedding. You are smart and plan on using those beautiful flower bouquets as part of your decorations for the head table!

This photo was my inspiration for this project.

I purchased enough flower vases for me and all of my bridesmaids along with burlap ribbon and flowers to decorate them with. Before I started I used rubbing alcohol to remove the stickers from the bottom of the vases.

Then, I used a hot glue gun to glue on the ribbon and flowers. I also put a large flower to designate the vase for my bouquet. 

I plan on placing these vases on a burlap table runner with candles in glass votives in between each vase. Add water to the vases if you plan on having real flowers, otherwise just place the artificial flowers right inside.
