Organization 101

I'm sure many of you are like me and are making a majority of our decorations for the big day. However, after spending hours and hours doing arts and crafts you have to find some place to put all of them. How are you going to keep all of the numerous boxes and totes straight? Well, the solution is sheet protectors!

All you need for this project is sheet protectors (I got a pack of 20 at The Dollar General for $1), paper, blue painters tape, and boxes or totes.

On each piece of paper I included what the items in the tote are for as well as a list of the items inside. For example, in the photo above I listed Guest Tables along with 40 pint mason jars, 10 quart mason jars, and 20 doilies. You can also draw a table diagram on the bottom of the page to illustrate where each item goes. Then, slide the piece of paper into a sheet protector and use blue painters tape to tape it on the side of the box or tote. By taping it on the side instead of the top, you won't have to worry about unstacking them to find out what's inside.
